Make the divine values rule over you through fasting
A fasting person reinforces his divine aspect by keeping his besital aspect and carnal desires under pressure
Fasting binds the hands of Satan. God binds our wordly aspect through the rules and restrictions he has set for the month of Ramadan
On the other hand, He has let our true self (His spirit) completely free to feed through reciting the Noble Quran, reciting the remebrence (dhikr), offering prayers, and so on
Keeping the worldly self under pressure for one month and nourishing the "true self", will cause the "worldly self" to become weak and this will lead to the ruling of divine values over the person. God takes away the person's bestial vitality with fasting, and that's when the true feast (Spiritual) takes place
